As Chief Experience Officer, Sarah Exton leads with a mix of lived experience and professional expertise.

Diagnosed with ASD and ADHD, Sarah brings a deep understanding of the disability space, alongside more than 10 years of experience managing and directing NDIS support services.

Sarah joined Waverley to be part of something that makes a real difference – supporting hundreds of people with disability to find purpose and fulfillment through meaningful employment.

She’s passionate about creating great experiences for employees, and she keeps the employee journey at the heart of her work.

One of her proudest contributions has been establishing Waverley’s Insight Circle, a Consumer Advisory Board that ensures the voices of supported employees shape how the organisation evolves.

Originally from the UK, Sarah spends her downtime exploring Australia’s coastlines, walking the beaches in winter, and winding down at local wineries.
